Production & Dispatch: At Café com Pano ®, every piece is carefully handcrafted. Our current lead time for production and dispatch is up to 13 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide via National Post (Correios Brazil). Delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination country and local postal services. 

Standard Returns: For non-personalized items, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties incurred during the return process.
