Final Sale Commitment: We specialize in high-quality, handcrafted items created specifically for you. Because personalized products (such as those with embroidered names, custom color choices, or specific size adjustments) are unique and cannot be resold, they are considered Final Sale. 

Your Rights & International Law: In accordance with EU Consumer Rights (Directive 2011/83/EU) and UK consumer regulations, the "right of withdrawal" (the 14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. 

Manufacturing Defects: While we do not accept returns for "change of mind" on personalized items, your satisfaction is our priority. If your piece arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or an error made by our atelier, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. 

Handmade Authenticity: Please remember that small variations in embroidery alignment, thread shades, or fabric texture are hallmarks of authentic handmade work and are not considered defects.
